Allan Ziegler
Founder & Managing Partner
Allan brings 15 years of tech industry expertise as a GTM executive, developing and leading high-performing revenue teams.
His impressive track record includes successful leadership roles at Groupon (IPO 2011), Square (IPO 2015), and AUTO1 Group (IPO 2021). Driven by a passion for company scaling and cultivating inclusive, collaborative, and growth-focused cultures, Allan transitioned from the operating world to launch Prizm Talent. As an avid VC investor, Allan brings a unique lens to evaluating extraordinary talent that can scale with your organization. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Wharton School at The University of Pennsylvania and resides in Miami, FL, with his beloved wife and their two sons. In his free time, Allan enjoys meditation, weightlifting, drone piloting, and playing tennis and basketball.

Stef Ziegler
Chief of Staff
Stef is a natural connector with an innate curiosity for understanding people’s motivations. Leveraging her experiences as a high-achieving sales contributor in major ed-tech companies, certification as a Co-Active executive coach, and her background as an educator she brings a unique blend of skills to her role.
In her capacity as a recruiter, Stef leverages her coaching expertise to discern what leaders and executives need for success in their roles and aligns it with what companies seek. Her sales acumen, coaching mastery, deep empathy, and unwavering determination ensure that companies discover the perfect fit for their next hire. Beyond her professional life, Stef enjoys tennis, working out, and cooking. She’s also a certified yoga and meditation teacher. Stef resides in sunny Miami, FL, alongside her husband and her two sons.

Cory Butler
Senior Principal Recruiter
Cory brings 10 years of high-growth B2B SaaS experience as a Principal Recruiter, scaling startups to public companies. He has been successful in placing hard-to-fill positions and serving as a trusted partner to rapidly expanding organizations.
Career highlights include helping Paylocity grow from 900 to 3,500 employees in 5 years and scaling Mural from 300 to 900 employees in just over a year. His strengths lie in intuitively understanding what clients are looking for and matching them with passive talent. Cory is passionate about providing an outstanding candidate experience and maintaining excellent relationships with his clients. He resides in the Chicagoland area with his wife and daughter. In his free time, he enjoys taking walks with his daughter and two dogs, traveling, listening to music and comedy podcasts, golfing, and watching Chicago sports.

David Claunch
Senior Principal Recruiter
David brings a decade of experience building GTM teams for fast moving, VC-backed companies.
After graduating from UNC with degrees in Philosophy and Economics, David started his career as a BDR at Oracle, where he got an inside look into complex sales processes before transitioning into agency recruiting. Since then, David has worked with high growth companies across multiple industries including FinTech, CyberSecurity, DevOps, eCommerce and Logistics, helping fill highly specialized roles from BDRs, to Enterprise AEs, to Executive Leadership positions. David also ran his own sales recruiting firm for 5 years, specifically helping Seed to Series D startups scale their GTM efforts. Outside of work, David enjoys golf, mountaineering, camping, hiking, DJ’ing, and spending time with his fiancé and two cats.

Jesse Hooper

Jesse is a former video-game executive turned startup recruiter with a passion for connecting great people to great opportunities. After more than a decade leading partnerships and revenue growth at Electronic Arts and ironSource, he shifted his focus to helping venture-backed startups build exceptional go-to-market teams.
That experience taught him how teams thrive—and how challenging they can be to build. Jesse brings a consultative, relationship-driven approach to every search, partnering closely with founders and hiring leaders across AI, DevTools, FinTech, HRTech, and other high-growth domains.
He takes pride in his ability to connect with people. He genuinely cares about helping candidates and companies win—listening closely, following through, and approaching every interaction with empathy and intent. Passionate about recruiting, he makes the process thoughtful, strategic, and human for everyone involved.
A Bay Area native, Jesse lives in San Francisco with his wife and two kids. Outside of work, he enjoys coaching youth sports, traveling with his family, and cheering on the Giants, Warriors, and 49ers.
