Driven by a passion for company scaling and cultivating inclusive, collaborative, and growth-focused cultures, Allan transitioned from the operating world to launch Prizm Talent. As an avid VC investor, Allan brings a unique lens to evaluating extraordinary talent that can scale with your organization. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Wharton School at The University of Pennsylvania and resides in Miami, FL, with his beloved wife and their baby son.
